Research Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>(Summary of the study of One Time SRF and Black Urea effect on Corn growth and yield performances in Mexico)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comprehensive study of Nousbo \u201cOne Time\u201d SRF formula (29-4-6) in combination with Nousbo \u201cBlack Urea (46-0-0)\u201d was performed in order to determine the effect of these two products on the growth and yield of Corn during the 2020 corn cycle in Tecualtitan Jalisco State, Mexico. One-Time is a slow release fertilizer, that requires only one time application until harvest and promotes the growth and development of roots. It contains humic acid to promote proper soil aggregation and fertility.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nousbo.com\/en\/files\/attach\/images\/58290\/808\/060\/c896ed29e482c6a842de451b797b2dcc.jpg\" alt=\"Corn farm in Mexico.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(Corn farm in Mexico)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Three treatments in the same field were done and the specific plot conditions were chosen. In the Nousbo section, farmers applied the following One Time\/Black Urea mixture doses: 400kg\/ha (300kg One Time \u2013 150kg Black Urea), 400kg\/ha (200kg One Time \u2013 200kg Black Urea), 400kg\/ha (250kg One Time \u2013 150kg Black Urea). Conventional fertilizer treatment was 360kg of complex fertilizer (21-17-3) at seeding and second application of 400 kg\/ha Urea. Yield was estimated based on direct corn cobs collected in the field. Comparative corn grain was obtained from 24 Corn cobs picked by hand by the team at the Farmer\u00b4s site and Nousbo site. Results are summarized in the following table.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Yield of Corn affected by various kinds of treatments<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nousbo.com\/en\/files\/attach\/images\/58290\/808\/060\/bc65dc1ddfae4b8ce32be10a9e350aee.JPG\" alt=\"Yield of corn affected by various kinds of treatments.JPG\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The application of One Time and Black Urea mix showed noticeable effect on the yield of Corn. Conventional fertilizer treated plants had the lowest yield (4.76kg\/ha) in comparison with Nousbo fertilizers treatment. One Time + Black Urea (250+150kg\/ha) treated plants showed the greatest yield among the all treatments (5.53kg\/ha).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.nousbo.com\/en\/files\/attach\/images\/58290\/808\/060\/a0f7d6a44f800f075a9c70fa3ec9f0a8.jpg\" alt=\"Yield quality of Corn affected by different treatments.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">(Yield quality of Corn affected by different treatments)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Based on the results of the study, One Time and Black Urea mix is established as an efficient fertilizer mix suitable to be effectively used in the Mexican corn fields, showing a better performance when compared to the conventional fertilizer treatment.
